What a great Easter school holidays we had again delivering the Activate Essex HAF programme at Little Easton Manor. It was good to see both new young people and those returning from previous programmes. With the weather cooler and a few showers the water temperature was low so we didn't see the usual number of fish. In saying that all young people caught and were proud of their achievements.
New friendships were again formed and those who had been before took on the challenge of taking part in some peer education.
It was a pleasure to welcome Amelia and Emma from Active Essex to one of our sessions to talk to the young people about their experiences. All young people reported that they enjoyed the sessions and learning new skills and would be back.
