Move With Us is all about making a difference, supporting young people to find the activity that’s right for them, and raise the positive attitudes towards physical activity and sport for young people across Essex.
Although the campaign is led and designed by young people, we, at Cast A Thought, also feel that we have a responsibility to use opportunity, research and insight to create change. Therefore, we became a Move With Us Advocate.
Being an advocate we pledge to:
Offer young people a chance to express their views on the management our programmes and sessions
Offer young people the chance to assume 'young leader' roles in our sessions to assist their peers.
To offer engaging fishing lessons that are completely accessible to all children and young people. During these sessions, they will not only engage in physical activity through fishing but also enhance their personal, social, and emotional skills. Most importantly, they will have fun!
