Celebrating Social Prescribing Day

On 19th March we celebrated Social Prescribing Day, an annual celebration of social prescribing, recognising Social Prescribing Link Workers, local community groups and regional and national organisations which support people's health and wellbeing.

For the past two years Involve Kent have provided funding to support the delivery of our Fish and Chat sessions in West Kent.

It seemed only right that we should welcome Sarah and Nyree, Link Workers with the organisation, to our session at Mousehole Lakes, on this day, to share our work and experiences.

We had the pleasure of introducing them to our newest volunteer, Andrew, who was previously a client of Involve Kent and attended our sessions through them.
